1. How does the return on investment (ROI) of 12.8V LiFePO₄ batteries compare to traditional lead-acid batteries?

Although the initial cost is higher, 12.8V LiFePO₄ batteries support 4,000 to 6,000 deep cycles, while lead-acid batteries only support 300 to 500 cycles. This means lithium iron phosphate batteries last over 10 times longer. Combined with minimal maintenance and higher energy density, the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) is about 70% lower than lead-acid batteries over the full lifecycle.

2. Can this battery be used in combination with existing lead-acid batteries?

Mixing them is not recommended. Because lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries have completely different charge-discharge characteristics and voltage profiles, mixing them can lead to battery damage or system failure.

3. What protection functions does the built-in BMS provide?

Our batteries include an industrial-grade Smart BMS that monitors cell status in real-time. It provides 6 core protections: Over-Charge Protection, Over-Discharge Protection, Over-Current Protection, Short-Circuit Protection, Temperature Protection, Auto-Balancing.

4. What is the maintenance frequency for long-term storage?

LiFePO4 has an extremely low self-discharge rate (1%-3% per month). For long-term storage:
Maintain the State of Charge (SOC) between 40% - 60%. To maintain cell health and BMS operation, we recommend a maintenance charge every 3 to 6 months.

5. Do you support custom prototypes? What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for OEM orders?
