Product Features
- Ultra-Long Lasting Power: Delivers up to 300 minutes of runtime under standard test conditions, outperforming other alkaline batteries. This high continuous discharge capacity makes it the preferred power source for high-drain devices, such as smart locks, high-frequency sensors, and medical devices. Extends maintenance cycles for end users, reducing the operation and maintenance costs in industrial IoT applications.
- Premium Aluminium Foil Jacket Leak-Proof Technology: Features a high-performance aluminium foil sealed jacket, offering superior structural strength and corrosion resistance compared to traditional plastic shells. Effectively locks in electrolyte, ensuring an extremely low product failure rate. Prevents leakage even during long-term storage or extreme environments, protecting expensive industrial equipment.
- Universal Global Standards & Compatibility: Strictly complies with IEC LR6 and US ANSI AA international standards, it can directly replaces global mainstream models such as MN1500, E91, and JIS AM3, without any compatibility issues.
- High-Density Quality: Each battery weighs 23.6g – a "heavyweight" in its class, indicating more active material filling.
- Flexible Packaging Options for Every Business Model: Tailored packaging solutions for wholesale and factory integration: shrink wrap for industrial OEM, blister cards for retail, color boxes for e‑commerce, and display boxes for shelf-ready retail. Optimize your supply chain, from bulk exports to end-consumer products.
- Safety and Global Certification Compliance: As a primary alkaline zinc-manganese dioxide battery, it contains no hazardous heavy metals such as mercury or cadmium. It holds valid MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and Non-Hazardous Classification reports, fully meeting the regulatory compliance requirements for market entry in Europe and the Americas.
Product Description
Our premium AA alkaline batteries (LR6) are meticulously designed to deliver superior performance and long-term reliability. Its performance is 10 times higher than that of a standard carbon-zinc battery. With an exceptionally long shelf life of 5 to 10 years and an extremely low self-discharge rate, this series of batteries ensures they are always ready when you need them, thereby minimizing inventory losses and reducing replacement frequency and labor costs.

They serve as the ideal power source for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, various sensors, digital blood pressure monitors, game controllers, wireless keyboards, outdoor trail cameras, and a host of other devices from low to medium-high power consumption.
With a flat discharge curve, these batteries maintain 1.2V-1.3V for 80% of their cycle, powering high-drain devices at peak efficiency. They prevent sudden voltage drops, maximizing runtime for sensors and wireless gear.

FAQ – 1.5V 300Mins Non-Rechargeable Power AA LR6 Alkaline Battery For High Drain Devices
1. How do you ensure a <1% leakage rate over a 10-year storage period?
Our batteries utilize a triple-layered safety seal and a robust anti-corrosion steel shell. We use high-purity materials that minimize internal gas pressure buildup—the leading cause of leaks.
2. Can I use AAA batteries to replace AA batteries?
Technically, no. While both provide 1.5V, they differ significantly in size and capacity. An AA battery holds about 3x the energy of a AAA. Using a "spacer" to fit a AAA into an AA slot will result in extremely short runtimes and potential device instability. For industrial or high-drain applications, always stick to the specified size to ensure consistent performance and safety.
3. How to store AA alkaline batteries?
To maximize that 10-year shelf life, store batteries in a cool, dry place (approx. 10°C to 30°C) away from direct sunlight. It is recommended to keep the battery in its original packaging to prevent accidental contact between the positive and negative terminals, which could cause a short circuit.
FIFO Method: We recommend the "First-In, First-Out" inventory system for our wholesale partners to ensure stock freshness.
4. Why do alkaline batteries have better performance?
Compared to standard carbon-zinc batteries, alkaline batteries use a potassium hydroxide electrolyte, which allows for a much higher energy density and a more efficient chemical reaction. This results in:
Longer Life: Ideal for high-drain devices.
Stable Discharge Curve: Maintains a consistent voltage (1.2V-1.3V) for 80% of its life, whereas carbon-zinc voltage drops almost immediately.
5. Can alkaline batteries be charged?
Absolutely not. Standard alkaline batteries are primary (single-use) batteries. Attempting to recharge them can lead to internal pressure buildup, leakage, and even explosions. If your project requires rechargeability, please consult our sales team regarding our Ni-MH /Li-ion rechargeable battery series. Charging alkaline cells voids all warranties and poses a significant safety risk.
