Product Description

This is a 215KWh high-performance energy storage system specifically engineered for industrial and commercial applications, which integrates battery system, battery management system(BMS), monitoring system, auxiliary system (thermal management & security), and energy management system(EMS).

Features cluster-level modular design enabling simplified installation/maintenance operations. Delivers sustained high-energy extended charge/discharge capabilities, meeting 24/7 power demands for industrial scenarios.

The built-in high-frequency transformer achieves DC voltage conversion (594-792V) to AC 380V output. Synchronized with 100kW PCS to maintain voltage stability under 1C rate operations, ensuring rapid grid dispatch response capability.

 

 

 

 

Our products have multiple protection framework. Based on the linkage between EMS and BMS, dynamic balancing and fault warning are achieved to reduce the burden of operation and maintenance. The working range is controlled at 5%-95% SOC, and a 5% buffer is reserved to prevent overcharging/over-discharging, extending the battery cycle life. When the battery SOC exceeds this range, the system will refuse to execute the charge and discharge instructions and trigger a safety alarm, forming a dual protection system with the 2.7V-3.6V single cell voltage protection value, and preferentially triggering the SOC protection strategy to reduce the risk of voltage mutation.

The battery cabinet is equipped with an Aerosol fire extinguishing achieves flame arrestment quickly. And the air cooling temperature control system uses an intelligent speed-regulating fan matrix to keep the temperature difference of the battery cells within a safe range.
